01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RWC77 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rwc77.cam ("the Site"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the Site.

By creating an account, accessing the Site, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the RWC77 platform.
• "Balance" means the total value of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by the Company.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the RWC77 platform.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, applications, and associated services operated under the rwc77.cam domain.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any conduct identified as restricted or forbidden under Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other activity available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.

03 Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the RWC77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. RWC77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification will be required during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and personal circumstances.
• You do not hold an existing RWC77 account. Only one account per individual, household address, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted at any time.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All account activity must be conducted solely by the registered account holder using their own funds.
• You are not a current or former employee of RWC77, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless specific written authorisation has been granted by the Company.
• You have not previously been subject to account closure or self-exclusion by RWC77 for any reason.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify the Company promptly of any changes.

Before any withdrawal may be processed, all accounts must complete KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including prior to the first withdrawal, upon large cumulative deposits, or where unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional, Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months.
• A photograph of the account holder holding their photo ID, showing both the face and identity document clearly.
• Where deposits have been made by a specific payment method, documentation confirming ownership of that payment method may be required.

KYC submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. The Company may request supplementary documentation where initial submissions are unclear, incomplete, or where additional verification is required under its compliance obligations. Pending KYC verification, withdrawal requests may be held without interest.

05 Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. The Company strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact RWC77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The Company will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from RWC77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as activity by you. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

06 Deposits & Payments

RWC77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and certain cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) through the payment channels made available on the Site from time to time. Currently accepted local payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Hong Leong Connect.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum for most MYR channels is RM 30. Cryptocurrency minimums are denominated in MYR-equivalent as displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• RWC77 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the case of cryptocurrency deposits, crediting is subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to reverse or hold deposits pending verification where the source of funds cannot be adequately established or where compliance concerns arise.

The Platform's native currency is MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applied by our payment processor at the time of confirmation. Conversion rates may vary from publicly available spot rates. RWC77 does not assume liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between deposit initiation and confirmation.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted once an account has completed KYC verification and all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made, except where an alternative method has been approved by the Company's payments team.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security or identity checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the account withdrawal interface at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of unusually large amounts relative to prior account activity, or where the source of funds raises compliance concerns, may be subject to enhanced due diligence and extended processing times.

The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing, freeze an account balance, or reverse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse; (c) a chargeback dispute has been initiated by the account holder against a prior deposit; or (d) the Company is required to do so by applicable licensing obligations or regulatory instruction.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

RWC77 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, VIP tier benefits, and time-limited campaign offers. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate sub-balances. Real-money funds are used first in wagers unless the applicable game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has begun satisfying wagering requirements, the Company will assess claims on a case-by-case basis.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation, potential account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Birthday bonuses are credited to verified accounts on the registered date of birth, subject to the account being in good standing and having met minimum activity requirements in the preceding calendar month. Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred account completing registration, KYC verification, and satisfying the minimum first deposit threshold specified in the referral programme terms. Amounts are tier-dependent and subject to change.

09 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the RWC77 platform operate according to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to wagering. The following general provisions apply across all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All game outcomes on slots and table games are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Outcomes are inherently unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the Company or the player.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport, competition, or event in question, as at the scheduled conclusion of the event.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RWC77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Acting in concert with other players, including at live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or AI systems to place or manage wagers without manual human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through strategies designed to extract value while bearing minimal risk, including arbitrage betting across accounts or platforms.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transact, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to RWC77.
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or data feed anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access systems, data, or areas of the Site for which you are not authorised, or disrupting the operation of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

RWC77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Company recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented tools and policies to support player wellbeing. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications can be set to alert players after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and six weeks, during which login and deposit access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum 12-month reinstatement embargo. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the RWC77 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights in or to such intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as described herein.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of RWC77's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RWC77 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or third-party claims.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. While we employ reasonable measures to maintain Platform availability and security, you acknowledge that no online system can guarantee absolute continuity or security.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification within the Platform, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the Site homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date. The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the Site and displays the effective date at the top of this page.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which RWC77 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Neither party shall be entitled to commence class-action proceedings or consolidate claims with those of other users.

For players accessing the Platform from Malaysia: nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights that may apply to you under Malaysian law. You remain responsible for compliance with Malaysian laws regarding online gambling.
